Founded by German/Austrian engineers, we support complex plastic part development from concept through mass production, integrating disciplined engineering methodology with flexible manufacturing execution.

We operate fully integrated engineering, tooling, and injection molding manufacturing facilities in both the United States and China, providing customers with local U.S. engineering and production capability alongside high-volume, cost-efficient manufacturing in China. This dual-base structure enables fast technical communication, shortened development cycles, and a resilient supply chain.

Our process begins at the design stage. Through DFM-driven engineering, mold-flow simulation, and pre-deformation analysis, we identify potential risks such as warpage, shrinkage, weld lines, and tolerance stack-ups before tooling begins. This design-first approach minimizes downstream modifications, reduces tooling iterations, and accelerates time to stable production.

Haumann provides end-to-end manufacturing services including tooling design and fabrication, injection molding, CNC machining, rapid prototyping, and integrated assembly. Functional prototypes in as fast as 20 days enable rapid iteration, design validation, and a smooth transition into production programs.

Over the past 15 years, Haumann has built long-term partnerships with multiple U.S. Tier 1 suppliers, German and European OEM brands, primarily across automotive, industrial, and performance consumer footwear markets. These relationships are rooted in early engineering engagement, robust tooling development, and consistent production performance, supporting demanding, mission-critical production programs.

With our U.S. engineering and manufacturing base in Houston, Texas, and scalable production facilities in China, our teams work closely with OEMs and product engineers to optimize part design, improve manufacturability, and ensure consistent quality throughout the product lifecycle.
