Our process begins at the design stage. Through DFM-driven engineering, mold-flow simulation, and pre-deformation analysis, we identify potential risks such as warpage, shrinkage, weld lines, and tolerance stack-ups before tooling begins. Haumann provides end-to-end manufacturing services including tooling design and fabrication, injection molding, CNC machining, rapid prototyping, and integrated assembly.
